Volunteer with OCLA

Okaloosa County Legal Aid, Inc. has been supported by the local bar association attorney members since 1974. Pro Bono law services are offered by OCLA volunteers to serve the community. 

Help meet your community service requirements by providing civil law services to those who cannot afford to pay. Volunteer with OCLA.

Okaloosa County Legal Aid, Inc.'s mission is to provide civil legal assistance to the indigent of Okaloosa County.  

We provide law services in the following areas:

  • Consumer and/or Finance Law

  • Landlord and/or Tenant Law

  • Defense of Paternity and Step-parent Adoption

  • Wills for the Elderly 

  • Dissolution of Marriage

Qualifying Disclaimer

Okaloosa County Legal Aid, Inc. (OCLA) provides civil legal assistance to people who qualify for assistance who are residents of Okaloosa County, Florida. Qualifying is based on federal financial eligibility standards that are based on a combination of gross income and number of people in the household, among other factors. 

* Only a limited number of dissolution of marriage (divorce) and child custody cases can be taken per year.  Please call us for more information.
