OCLA's Services: Qualifying 

Who Can Get Services?

Okaloosa County Legal Aid, Inc.'s services are available without charge to those who qualify.

How Can I Qualify?

To qualify, you must meet financial eligibility conditions. Financial eligibility is based on 125% of the poverty guidelines as determined by the U. S. Department of Labor.

Qualifying is based on federal financial eligibility standards that are based on a combination of gross income and number of people in the household, among other factors.
